Salesforce Administrator
What you'll do
- Manage the daily administration of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Configure and maintain users, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, public groups, teams, and access settings.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and other Salesforce configurations.
- Maintain Salesforce data structure and ensure the CRM remains clean, scalable, and aligned with internal workflows.
- Monitor system performance, platform usage, and general CRM health.
- Handle internal Salesforce support requests from different teams.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide timely solutions to users.
- Maintain documentation of Salesforce processes, configurations, automations, and internal best practices.
- Support and optimize the company’s sales processes inside Salesforce.
- Administer and optimize Service Cloud for customer support, customer success, or service operations.
- Support the administration and coordination of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build, maintain, and improve Salesforce reports and dashboards for Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and other native automation tools.
- Provide Salesforce support to internal users across different departments.
- Support Salesforce integrations with other business tools used by the company.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in an internal company environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
- Experience managing or supporting Service Cloud.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally including journeys, automations, data extensions, campaigns, or audience segmentation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, permissions, and reports.
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports for business teams.
- Experience with Salesforce data management, imports, exports, deduplication, and data quality processes.
- Experience supporting internal users and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
