You have the right to request deletion of your personal data stored by Diiirect. We process deletion requests in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California).
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request via our contact form. Include:
- The email address associated with your account.
- A short statement that you are requesting deletion.
- Any additional context that helps us locate your data.
What gets deleted
On confirmation, we delete or anonymize all personal data tied to your account — profile, messages, application history, billing details. Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons as required by law; those are kept for the shortest period necessary.
How long it takes
We aim to confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will notify you by email once your request is fulfilled.
Third parties
Where data has been shared with third-party processors (for example, payment providers, transactional email), we forward the deletion request to them as part of our standard data processing agreements.
