Eleven things we believe about hiring.
Not principles, not values, not a culture deck. The actual rules we hire by, refuse business over, and ship product against.
- 01
Hiring works when the right people meet directly. Our job is to make that connection clean. Clear shortlists, transparent rates, and a path from intro to signed offer that nobody has to babysit.
- 02
We vet by hand. Every operator gets reviewed by a human before they ship. No bot traffic, no scraped resumes, no LinkedIn-tier matchmaking.
- 03
Top 1% only. Not because it’s a slogan, because it’s the bar. If we wouldn’t hire them, we don’t list them.
- 04
Hiring managers talk to operators. Directly. The person who will judge the work meets the person who will do it. Early. On the record.
- 05
Speed is respect. First shortlist in five days. Anything slower is theatre.
- 06
Operators are people. Not resources, not seats, not headcount. People with rates, lives, and other offers.
- 07
You set your rate. We do not take a cut from your invoice. Companies pay for platform access. Operators get paid in full.
- 08
Pricing is on the website. If you have to book a call to learn what something costs, the cost is your time.
- 09
Process is a tax on talent. Four rounds, three case studies, two assessments. That is not rigor, that is fear. We charge less of it.
- 10
We build the things instead of pitching them. The product is the proof. The proof is the product.
- 11
Direct beats clever. Every time.
