Face to face, five minutes.

Who
Ten companies that are hiring, people looking for their next job and a community that comes together.
What it is
Diiirect is putting together, inside Tecweek Buenos Aires, a meeting between those who hire and those who are looking for work. First, interviews scheduled in advance. Then, an open space to work, learn and get to know each other.
From 9 to 11. Ten recruiters and companies run 5-minute interviews, with 5 more for feedback and a break, on a schedule a system builds before the event.
From 11 to 1, open to the whole community. A place to work, keep the conversation going and meet others.
In the auditorium, open to the community: 11:35 to 12:00 in the 30-seat auditorium and 11:50 to 12:20 in the 90-seat one.
In the same pavilion, in parallel, there are other activities from Buenos Aires' tech week.
The circuit
Interviews aren't arranged on the spot: they're scheduled beforehand. Each lasts 5 minutes and ends with another 5 for feedback and a break. A system builds the schedule, so everyone knows when and with whom their turn is.

Talks
Two talks open to the community while the cowork stays open: Nita Cervio at 11:35 and Carolina Maristany at 11:50.
Open to the community
AI multiplies applications, but it doesn't always help anyone choose better. We'll look at how hiring is changing (scope now counts for more than a job title), what project-based work brings, and why your network and personal brand bring opportunities to you. We close with what to do from today, whether you're looking for work or hiring.

Open to the community
Technology keeps changing how we work, learn and show up in an interview. With AI, finding answers has never been easier. But if everyone can have the answers, what really sets us apart? We'll look at what companies want today and how to show your real value beyond technical knowledge.

The program
Buenos Aires time (GMT−3).
Every interview has an assigned time:
be on time for yours.
How the system organizes it
Talent and companies apply from this page. The system matches profiles with openings and builds the schedule.
Each person arrives at their time slot and goes to the company's table. Five minutes, face to face.
Each company follows up with the people they want to get to know better.
Practical information
Questions
Nothing. It's free for everyone: for those who apply for an interview, for the companies that interview and for those who come to the cowork and the trainings.
Tap “Apply for an interview” and apply to the openings of the participating companies. The system builds the schedule: if it assigns you an interview, you get the time slot.
Interviews are by assigned slot only. The cowork from 11 to 1 is open to the whole community, and there are other Tecweek activities in the pavilion.
Each interview lasts five minutes and ends with five for feedback and a break, so the schedule runs back to back: it's best to arrive a little before your time.
With the “Add my company” button. There's room for ten recruiters or companies: you load the roles you want to fill and the system builds your interview schedule.
Juana “Nita” Cervio (Carryer Tech · Laburo.online) at 11:35, on how hiring is changing, and Carolina Maristany (Reclutando Latinoamérica) at 11:50, on showing your real value in an interview. The interview circuit is moderated by Alexis Gorino, Head of HR at Squad.
