Salesforce Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for Salesforce Functional Consultants to join a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in bridging business needs with functional solutions built on the Salesforce platform.

What you'll do

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to elicit, document, and validate business processes
• Write clear User Stories and acceptance criteria that are verifiable by both development teams and business stakeholders
• Model and optimize business processes on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, configuring the platform to meet functional requirements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
