After two checks: your referral verifies their identity (KYC), and our team approves the referral. Approved rewards land on your balance; self-referrals and suspicious patterns are blocked.
Companies and agencies receive platform credits directly in their workspace wallet. Talent and recruiters accumulate a cash balance and request a withdrawal once the eligibility thresholds are met; our team confirms and pays it out.
