Everyone with a Diiirect account is in automatically — talent, companies, and recruiters. Your personal link is created when you sign up; there's nothing to apply for.
On your affiliate dashboard inside the app (linked from your account menu). It shows your link, clicks, referred accounts, balance, and withdrawal status.
Whoever refers them first keeps them. When someone opens your app.diiirect.com/r/your-code link we remember it on their device for 60 days, and the referral is yours if they create their account in that time. Only brand-new signups count — if that person or company already had a Diiirect account, there is nothing to refer, and each account can only ever be referred once.
After two checks: the account you referred completes the step that qualifies it — identity verification for talent and recruiters, a first published job for a company — and our team approves the referral once they have spent or earned at least $1,000. Approved rewards land on your balance; self-referrals and suspicious patterns are blocked.
Companies receive platform credits directly in their workspace wallet. Talent and recruiters accumulate a cash balance and request a withdrawal once the eligibility thresholds are met; our team confirms and pays it out.
The reward schedule, welcome bonus, and eligibility thresholds are program settings and may be adjusted over time. Your affiliate dashboard always reflects the current values.
