The template

{{Company name}} is hiring a Brand Designer to shape how the world sees us. You will own the visual identity across every surface β€” campaigns, web, social, events, and product marketing β€” keeping it consistent, distinctive, and unmistakably ours.

What you'll do

  • Evolve and steward the brand identity: logo usage, color, typography, illustration, and voice-adjacent visual choices.
  • Design marketing assets end to end β€” landing pages, social content, decks, ads, and event materials.
  • Build and document a brand design system so other teams can create on-brand work without you in the room.
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns from concept through delivery, iterating fast on real feedback.
  • Art-direct photography, illustration, and motion, whether in-house or with freelancers.
  • Keep quality high under deadline pressure, balancing craft with shipping.
  • Present concepts with a clear rationale and take critique without losing the thread.

What we're looking for

  • {{Years of experience}} years of brand or visual design experience with a portfolio that shows range and consistency.
  • Strong typography, layout, and color fundamentals β€” the basics done exceptionally well.
  • Fluency in modern design tools (Figma or equivalent, plus the Adobe suite where it matters).
  • Experience building or maintaining brand guidelines that other people actually followed.
  • The ability to translate abstract brand values into concrete visual decisions.
  • Comfort managing several projects at once with different stakeholders and timelines.

Nice to have

  • Motion design or video editing skills.
  • Illustration ability with a distinct point of view.
  • Experience in {{Industry}} or with brand refresh projects.
  • Basic HTML/CSS awareness for smoother handoffs to web teams.

Compensation and benefits

  • {{Salary range}}
  • {{Benefits summary}}
  • {{Location / remote policy}}

How to apply

{{Application instructions}} Send your portfolio and point us to one project where you defined or evolved a brand β€” tell us what constraint shaped the outcome most.
