Per-submission terms between a recruiter and a client for one named candidate: the ownership window, what triggers the fee, and confidentiality of the candidate's identity. Use it when there is no umbrella agreement in place.
This agreement covers a single candidate submission. It fixes, before the client sees the candidate's details, who the candidate is attributed to, for how long, what the fee is, and what happens if the client hires them. It is designed for situations where the parties have no master recruiting agreement in place.
If the Candidate resigns or is dismissed for cause within Guarantee period of starting, and the fee was paid when due, the Recruiter will either search for one replacement at no additional fee or credit the Client as the parties agree in writing at that time.
