The template

{{Company name}} is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own the full acquisition-to-activation funnel and the experiment engine behind it. You will decide where growth budget and effort go, run a disciplined test-and-learn program, and be accountable for the numbers β€” not just the activity. This role sits between marketing, product, and data, and reports on outcomes in {{Key growth metric}}.

What you'll do

  • Own funnel performance end to end: traffic, conversion, activation, and early retention
  • Build and prioritize an experiment backlog, and run tests with clear hypotheses and success criteria
  • Manage acquisition budget across channels, reallocating toward what the data supports
  • Model unit economics β€” CAC, payback, LTV β€” and keep spend honest against them
  • Design lifecycle campaigns that move signups to activated, paying customers
  • Partner with product on onboarding, pricing-page, and in-product growth experiments
  • Build dashboards that make growth performance legible to the whole company
  • Scale the channels that work and kill the ones that don't, with documented learnings either way

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing with direct metric ownership
  • A track record of experiments that moved a real business number, not just a click-through rate
  • Statistical literacy: sample sizes, significance, and the discipline not to peek early
  • Hands-on analytics skills β€” SQL or advanced work in a product-analytics tool
  • Experience managing meaningful paid budgets across at least two channels
  • Strong prioritization and written communication in a cross-functional setting

Nice to have

  • Experience growing a product like ours: {{Product category or business model}}
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tooling
  • Landing-page and creative-testing chops
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing marketers

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary: {{Salary range}}
  • Benefits: {{Benefits summary}}
  • Location: {{Location / remote policy}}

How to apply

{{Application instructions}} Share the growth experiment you are proudest of β€” hypothesis, result, and what you did next. If you don't tick every box but believe you can do this job well, we still want to hear from you.
