The template

{{Company name}} is hiring a HubSpot Specialist to own our HubSpot instance as a product, not just a tool. You will architect the workflows that run our marketing and sales motion, keep CRM data clean enough to trust, and make sure every team gets real answers from reporting. If you have opinions about lifecycle stages and naming conventions, you will fit right in.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain workflows across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub: nurtures, routing, lifecycle-stage automation, and internal notifications
  • Own lead scoring and lifecycle-stage definitions, and tune them with sales feedback
  • Enforce CRM data hygiene: deduplication, required properties, validation rules, and clean imports
  • Build segmentation — active lists, filtered views, and audiences — that marketing can actually use
  • Create dashboards and attribution reports for marketing, sales, and leadership
  • Manage sequences, templates, and playbooks so the sales team sells instead of clicking
  • Administer integrations between HubSpot and our stack ({{Connected tools}}), monitoring sync health
  • Govern the portal: permissions, property catalog, naming conventions, and team training

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
  • Proven workflow architecture skills — automations that scale without becoming spaghetti
  • Strong CRM data-management practice: audits, cleanups, and prevention, not just repair
  • Experience building custom reports and dashboards leadership actually reads
  • Understanding of email deliverability, consent, and subscription-type management
  • Clear documentation habits and patience for training non-technical teammates

Nice to have

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, or Revenue Operations)
  • Operations Hub experience: programmable automation, data quality tooling, custom-coded actions
  • CMS Hub work with HubL templates, or API-based integrations
  • RevOps experience aligning marketing, sales, and success on one funnel

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary: {{Salary range}}
  • Benefits: {{Benefits summary}}
  • Location: {{Location / remote policy}}

How to apply

{{Application instructions}} Tell us about the messiest HubSpot portal you inherited and how you brought it under control. If you don't tick every box but believe you can do this job well, we still want to hear from you.
