I, Candidate full name (the "Candidate"), authorize Recruiter firm name (the "Recruiter") to present my resume, profile, and supporting materials to Client company name (the "Client") for the position of Role title.
The Recruiter's fee, if any, is paid by the Client. Nothing in this agreement obligates me to pay the Recruiter anything, and no placement, coaching, or administrative charge may be deducted from any compensation I receive.
