The template

{{Company name}} is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own strategy and outcomes for {{Product area}} — one of our most consequential product surfaces. You will take ambiguous, high-stakes problems and give them shape: a strategy, a sequenced roadmap, and shipped product that moves the business. Expect real authority over your area and real accountability for its numbers.

What you'll do

  • Define the strategy for your area and defend it with evidence, then keep it honest as facts change
  • Own problems where the framing is the hard part — new bets, pricing surfaces, or cross-team workflows
  • Lead discovery and delivery with your engineering and design counterparts as a tight leadership trio
  • Sequence a multi-quarter roadmap and communicate the reasoning, not just the list
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders — sales, support, leadership — without diluting the product
  • Set and monitor success metrics, and kill or reshape work that isn't paying off
  • Mentor other product managers through reviews of specs, strategy docs, and launch plans
  • Represent your area in executive reviews with crisp narratives and honest risk assessment

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of product management experience with clear ownership of outcomes
  • A shipped track record on problems that started ambiguous and ended measurable
  • Strategic writing that leadership can decide from — briefs, one-pagers, strategy memos
  • Deep fluency with product analytics and experiment design
  • Influence skills across functions and levels, without relying on escalation
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading other PMs

Nice to have

  • Domain experience in {{Industry or domain}}
  • Experience with platform, pricing, or growth product work
  • A technical or design background that deepens collaboration
  • Experience in remote-first, distributed organizations

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary: {{Salary range}}
  • Benefits: {{Benefits summary}}
  • Location: {{Location / remote policy}}

How to apply

{{Application instructions}} Share a strategy call you made that others disagreed with, and how it turned out. If you don't tick every box but believe you can do this job well, we still want to hear from you.
