The template

{{Company name}} is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across our paid and organic channels. You will own execution day to day — ads, email, landing pages, and the analytics that tell us what worked — and turn budget into measurable pipeline. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who likes both the creative and the spreadsheet.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run paid campaigns across search and social channels within {{Monthly budget}}
  • Write and test ad copy, audiences, and creatives, and iterate based on results
  • Execute our SEO plan: keyword research, on-page optimization, and content briefs
  • Build and send email campaigns and nurture flows, and improve open and click rates
  • Create and optimize landing pages, running A/B tests on headlines, offers, and layout
  • Track performance in {{Analytics platform}} and report weekly on spend, conversions, and cost per acquisition
  • Coordinate with design and content teammates to keep campaigns on brand and on schedule

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Direct platform experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content optimization
  • Experience with an email marketing platform, including segmentation and automation
  • Comfort with data: building reports, reading funnels, and defending a recommendation with numbers
  • Strong copywriting instincts and attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to {{Target audience or industry}}
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms
  • Basic design skills for quick creative edits
  • Conversion-rate-optimization experience with a documented win

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary: {{Salary range}}
  • Benefits: {{Benefits summary}}
  • Location: {{Location / remote policy}}

How to apply

{{Application instructions}} Tell us about one campaign you ran: the goal, what you changed, and the result. If you don't tick every box but believe you can do this job well, we still want to hear from you.
