This agreement sets out the terms of employment between the parties named below. It records the role, compensation, and working relationship, and takes effect once both parties sign.
Company name (the "Company") employs Employee full name (the "Employee") in the position of Role title, reporting to Manager name and title. Employment begins on Start date.
The position is full time. The Employee will work the Company's normal schedule for similar roles and any additional time reasonably needed to perform the role, consistent with Company policy.
The Employee is eligible for the Company's standard benefits and paid-time-off programs as in effect from time to time. Benefit plans are governed by their own terms and may change or end; this agreement does not promise any specific plan.
The Employee's primary work location is Work location. Any remote or hybrid arrangement follows the Company's remote work policy.
While employed, the Employee will not take on outside work or interests that compete with the Company or interfere with their duties, and will disclose any potential conflict of interest so it can be reviewed.
This agreement, together with the documents it references, is the entire agreement between the parties about its subject matter and replaces prior discussions and offers. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
