Records the company equipment issued to an employee or contractor — with an inventory table — plus care, security, and return conditions. Use it whenever hardware leaves the company's hands.
This agreement records the company equipment issued to an employee or contractor, the conditions for its use and care, and how and when it must be returned. It protects both sides: the recipient knows exactly what was received and in what condition, and the company keeps a signed inventory of its property.
Company name (the "Company") provides Recipient full name (the "Recipient") the equipment listed below on Provision date:
| Item | Description | Serial or asset number |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Item 1 description | Item 1 serial number |
| 2 | Item 2 description | Item 2 serial number |
If an item does not apply, its row should say "none". By signing, the Recipient confirms receiving the listed items in good working condition, except for any defects noted in writing at handover. Accessories issued with an item — charger, dock, case — are treated as part of that item even if not listed separately.
The equipment remains the Company's property at all times. Providing it transfers no ownership and grants no rights beyond using it for the Company's work under this agreement. The Company may replace or upgrade any item during the engagement; this agreement covers replacement items from the moment they are handed over, with the inventory updated in writing.
