The template

{{Company name}} is hiring a UX/UI Designer to make our product easier, faster, and more pleasant to use. You will own interface design across key user journeys — from understanding where users struggle to delivering polished, consistent screens that engineers can build with confidence.

What you'll do

  • Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile surfaces.
  • Run usability tests and quick research loops, turning observed friction into concrete design fixes.
  • Maintain visual consistency through our design system: reusable components, states, and documentation.
  • Deliver developer-ready specs and stay available during implementation to resolve edge cases.
  • Audit existing journeys for usability and accessibility gaps, and propose prioritized improvements.
  • Iterate on shipped designs using behavioral data and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with product managers to scope designs that fit the release, without quietly cutting quality.

What we're looking for

  • {{Years of experience}} years of UX/UI design experience with shipped web or mobile products in your portfolio.
  • Strong command of interaction patterns, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma or an equivalent tool, including auto-layout, components, and prototypes.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility fundamentals and how to design for them from the start.
  • Experience testing designs with real users and adjusting course based on what you saw.
  • An organized, documented way of working that other designers and engineers can follow.

Nice to have

  • Motion or micro-interaction design skills.
  • Experience designing for {{Product type or platform}}.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS enough to have realistic feasibility conversations.
  • Experience working within an established design system at scale.

Compensation and benefits

  • {{Salary range}}
  • {{Benefits summary}}
  • {{Location / remote policy}}

How to apply

{{Application instructions}} Include your portfolio and one example of a usability problem you found, how you redesigned it, and how you knew the fix worked.
